Our Services
At Foot and Ankle Specialists of Tennessee, our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. We utilize the latest techniques and technologies to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. Whether through conservative therapies or advanced surgical options, our goal is to relieve pain, restore function, and help patients return to their daily activities with confidence. With a focus on personalized care, we work closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan that supports lasting recovery and overall foot and ankle health.
Diabetic Foot Care
Diabetes can cause nerve damage (neuropathy) and poor circulation, which may lead to foot ulcers, infections, and even amputation if left untreated. Our providers offer comprehensive foot evaluations, wound care, nail trimming, and preventive treatments to protect diabetic patients’ foot health. Early intervention and proper management can significantly reduce complications and improve quality of life.
Wound Care
Foot and ankle wounds, particularly in diabetic or elderly patients, require specialized attention to prevent infection and complications. Our specialists use advanced wound dressings, debridement (removal of dead tissue), and innovative therapies to promote healing. Early treatment and monitoring are essential for reducing the risk of severe infections and amputations.

Bunions & Hammertoes
Bunions are bony bumps that develop at the base of the big toe, while hammertoes cause abnormal bending of the smaller toes, leading to discomfort and difficulty walking. Our specialists provide conservative treatments like padding, orthotics, and exercises, as well as surgical interventions for severe cases to restore function and relieve pain.
Arthritic Conditions
Arthritis in the feet and ankles can cause chronic pain, stiffness, and joint deformities that impact mobility. Our providers offer a range of treatments, including medications, physical therapy, custom orthotics, injections, and surgical options. With personalized care, we aim to improve movement, reduce pain, and enhance overall foot function for our patients.

Custom Orthotics
Custom-made shoe inserts are specifically designed to support and properly align the foot. They help alleviate pain from conditions such as flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and arthritis. Our specialists create orthotics tailored to each patient’s needs, improving walking mechanics, reducing strain, and preventing further injuries to ensure long-term foot health.
Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is a leading cause of heel pain, resulting from inflammation of the plantar fascia—a thick band of tissue connecting the heel to the toes. Our providers offer treatment options including stretching exercises, orthotics, shockwave therapy, injections, and, in severe cases, surgery. Proper care can help restore comfort and mobility.

Nail and Callus Care
Thickened nails, fungal infections, and excessive callus buildup can cause pain and lead to complications, especially in individuals with diabetes or poor circulation. Our specialists provide professional nail trimming, callus reduction, and specialized treatments to maintain healthy feet, prevent infections, and ensure long-term foot care.
Ingrown Toenails
Ingrown toenails occur when the nail grows into the surrounding skin, causing pain, swelling, and possible infection. Our providers offer conservative treatments such as proper trimming techniques and antibiotic therapy. For recurring or severe cases, minor surgical procedures can be performed to remove the affected nail portion and prevent further issues.

Digital X-Ray
On-site digital X-rays provide quick and detailed imaging of foot and ankle structures, allowing for fast and accurate diagnosis of fractures, arthritis, and other conditions. Our specialists utilize high-resolution imaging to create personalized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each patient’s foot and ankle health.
Sports Medicine
Athletes and active individuals frequently experience foot and ankle injuries such as sprains, fractures, tendonitis, and stress fractures. Our providers specialize in sports-related foot care, offering treatment and rehabilitation plans that promote healing, restore strength, and help prevent future injuries, keeping patients active and pain-free.

Sprains & Fractures
Foot and ankle sprains and fractures require precise diagnosis and appropriate treatment for optimal healing. Our specialists provide casting, bracing, physical therapy, and personalized rehabilitation plans to ensure full recovery. Early intervention and proper care can prevent complications and promote long-term joint stability and mobility.
Reconstructive Surgery
For severe deformities, chronic conditions, or injuries that do not respond to conservative treatments, reconstructive surgery may be necessary. Our providers perform advanced procedures for bunions, flat feet, tendon repairs, and joint replacements. We aim to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve the overall health of the foot and ankle.
